I admit I was very sceptical about the appointment I made with Julie – having tried various methods unsuccessfully – Allen Carr's non-smoking seminars; laser treatment; acupuncture; patches and yes, hypnosis!! Really I had convinced myself that I was a complete hopeless case. Having such a strong personality and ability to achieve my goals made it an enigma to me that I couldn't stop smoking – even with help.

Enjoying my time with Julie and finding the session extremely relaxing I left her still disbelieving that I was now a non-smoker.

However six months have passed and I haven't had a cigarette and certainly have no desire to ever smoke again.

Still disbelieving this success at times, I am so overjoyed at the freedom being a non-smoker has given me. I feel happier, healthier, have more energy and such a sense of pride at my achievement – and amazingly, as Julie said, I haven't gained weight. I really can't thank Julie enough for that.
