I always enjoyed smoking, and even though I knew the damage I was probably causing to myself I still smoked (and enjoyed) between 10 to 15 cigarettes a day. I had often considered stopping smoking and even tried unsuccessfully to stop a couple of times, usually on the back of a chest infection or some other illness that had made me go without cigarettes for a couple of days.  Each time I stopped I found it really hard and remember counting the days, hours and minutes since my last cig.

I picked up a “Break The Habit” leaflet in my dentist and was intrigued.  It sounded almost too good to be true, but I thought “well its worth a try.” 

My appointment was on 7th October 2003 , that was 8 months ago now and I haven't had a cigarette since!!!!

The whole experience was surreal, I still find it hard to believe that cigarettes are no longer part of my life / daily routine.  The best bit is I don't even miss it! I never expected it to be this easy. 

I can still be around smokers, my husband still smoked for the first four months of me stopping. He also quit in January with Daril  and has never looked back either.

I would recommend this to any one and do, I carry the leaflets in my bag and hand out to people if they say they are considering quitting. Everyone should know how easy it is with hypnosis. If I can do it, anyone can!
